Pathetic service | don’t buy AMC from Eureka Forbes

Pathetic and poor service once you buy an AMC. I raised a service request on 9th April 2024. The same is not addressed till 15th April 2024 despite my repeated calls several times in a day since then. They don’t seem to bother at all even though I’ve been buying drinking water from market because the product under AMC is not working. The logged a new request with new timeline. Very PATHETIC service.
