Eurail Pass

For the third time we are travelling to Europe and part of our trip will be a by rail. Having used a Eurail Pass previously we planned to do so again. Their websites for the various types of Pass are very easy to use and the selection and purchasing of a Pass can be done in minutes. Further to that is the prompt reply to any email and the ease in cancelling and replacing a Pass is just as simple. The processing of a refund was also completed promptly, even though it was a weekend. Excellent service all round.
