Unfriendly and unprofessional

I phoned ahead to Euphoria Golf Estate to go up to the cable car for lunch with my family. I asked the lady if we are allowed to bring our 19yr old doggie with as she is in a pram and if we can take her up with us on the cable car. She said we are more than welcome and on our arrival we were not allowed access into the estate. We had to turn back disappointed after driving far for this visit. So to all other potential visitors, if you are animal *****s and travel with your four legged children - delete this as a tourist visitation on your agenda. The Jordan the manager has no manners when I was trying to report the incident. Never again
