Mom's spa experience April 2018

1. They made us pay full price for all the treatments even though there were posters everywhere showing 20% off all treatments in April 2018. 2. They did not give us the treatments we paid for. They were not willing to adjust or compromise!! 3. The girls and I were shoved into a hydro house with no electricity and not nearly enough space to sit or relax. There we received allready melted coctails and not so appetizing desserts and platters. They had our lunch orders wrong as well. 4. We wanted a nice break away from the city but was left very stressed and disappointed.
