Settlement letter outstanding

After settling my account with in November 2015, I requested a settlement letter in order for me to clear my judgement.<br> <br> To date I have not received the letter and instead of my query being addressed when I call the offices I am told how busy they are and they will get back to me.<br> <br> I am suffering damages because of their delay and I am appalled their lack of empathy and professionalism, if this continues I will take this matter further.
