Road accident claim

Good day My brother had an accident in 2009, Eugene raymond inc help him with the claim, then in 2010 he never received any letter or call from then when he goes to their office they say he must wait for thier call they still busy with the claim..when you call them they say the lawyer that was helping my brother passed away and they can't help him
