Pathetic service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been struggling for over a month to get a statement from this company, and to date i have not received anything. I want to settle the account and without a detailed statement this can not be done as they are charging you for a paid up letter.</p> <p> </p> <p>How do they expect you to sort this out without any information, and they take days to get back to you on email as well as telephonically.</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p>
