ATTORNEYS NOT REFUNDING MY HUSBAND

My husband was paying a bill and then by accident overpaid an extra 2 months, The banking details was sent over 5 weeks ago. First excuse when I phoned the lady (Mrs Raymond) was overseas and could therefore not do the refund. Then another and another and now the paperwork is with Mrs Raymond and no one can tell us when we will get our money back. We also did not get a letter stating that the account has been settled in full. Now we have been waiting 5 weeks for our R 536.00 So they are earning nice money on it. Also I think they are receiving payments and not paying it over timeously to the schools. I think there should be a nice audit done on these attorneys. They are keeping moeny they should be paying out. Watch this space.
