MISS TREATMENT OF CLIENTS

Poor services rude people that work for this law firm. When they talk to they talk as is they are talking to their kids , Imagine you are trying your best to pay for the accounts and when you finally pay up these people become more rude , who sent them to go but my debt? no one. Talking to people as if they are dealing with stupid people or uneducated people. Forever trying to make people feel stupid, Just had an argument with one of the staff now I am requesting for my paid up letters for the 2 accounts that I paid up 7 days ago hell broke loose according to her I mast first finish paying up for all 3 accounts i am trying to explain to her that When I have money I will pay for it in the mean time can they please send my paid up letters for the accounts that are paid up basically she wants to be in the right and i must be on the wrong.

I have never dealt with rude and unprofessional company that has adults as this company. Staff members of this company need to know the difference between attitude at home and attitude at work.

They need to take their staff members on a training on how to deal with clients professionally not treat people as if they are dealing with DUNDER heads. And I am positively sure I am not the only one that they miss treat.
