Blacklisting

Good day these attorneys blacklisted me in 2012 i have been asking for a paid up letter so i can clear my name as this was paid up in 2013<br> <br> Its now 2016 and i am still waiting . I have been told the file is in archive and they need to open the file before they can issue me my letter<br> <br> I think its terrible how fast they can blacklist a person and even once the account has been paid up almost 3 years ago i now need to struggle like this to get a paid up letter to clear my name
