Complaint

After 5 years I get no response from him. My Voluntary Sequestration has never been to court and I am trying to get a refund of the money I have paid him, no response up until now. My one vehicle that he took possession of to sell, nothing happened. When I last spoke to him the bank apparently had found the vehicle but it is still on my name. The people that had the vehicle acquired 2 fines of R1200 while driving the vehicle down on the Hibiscus Coast which have never been paid. There is over R4000 owed on the licence as well. I am totally at my wit's end. Would not recommend them to anybody. I at the moment have no idea where the vehicle is. He does not even phone as scheduled by him on the net calendar or answer any of my WhatsApp messages. It is a call appointment calender set up by him. This service does not even warrant a one star rating. Should anybody have a similar complaint they are welcome to get in contact with me.
