Eugene Pio - Extreme Construction Ltd can't be trusted.

Eugene Pio is not to be trusted as a builder. He built an extension on our double garage in Heatherlands, George that took way too long (2 years +) and at each phase he left the construction (wood) to the elements that caused a lot of ongoing damage. The workmanship was sub standard and numerous professionals has been here to try an fix structural problems shaking their heads in disgrace. Plumbing issues, leakages, skew doors, wobble floors ext.

He kept on asking for more money although he received an 80% deposit to begin with. He left the site unsupervised for weeks with staff that don't have building material to carry on and contractors asking to be paid directly by us in stead of him (although he has already received the funds).

Please ask for more references before dealing with Eugene.
