Horrible service

I had an appointment with the Doctor on the 2nd of December 2024 @ 13:00, I arrived then was ticked off at reception went to do my blood pressure and weight as usual then asked Chantelle the oncology sister if I could get my medication or must I wait to be seen by the Dr first, she said I must wait hence I would be getting oral medication this time around instead of the normal intravenous, I waited and waited after an hour and 20mns i stood up and asked the receptionist if the Dr has still patients that he is seeing because I was starting to feel uncomfortable and had pains she said I must go to the chemo room to ask for my medication and leave and reschedule, I told her I needed to see the Dr first apparently before my medication can be issued she called the rude unfriendly secretary that is responsible for my Dr's appointments and she told her I must wait, after two hours I then asked Chantelle to give me my medication so I can leave she said she cannot because apparently they bought the wrong doses and the Dr is busy with the radiation so I must go home and come the following week, i then asked them if I drove all the way from home to come and sit here for two hours only to be turned away just like that, the service rendered there is so poor but when you owe a bill they will make sure you know about it and pay that's the only thing they care about money not patients or lives.
