Poor customer service. Don't buy the product, they won't care about your skin.

So I bought Eucerin end of August. I then used their dual serum as instructed but later had a bad reaction. The same reaction I was tryna cure because I had hyper***mentation. It broke me out and left me with hyper***mentation and dry cheeks. I told them what happened, instead they told me to "go see a dermatologist" which I did and she suggested I use a different brand than this one since it contains a certain chemicals I react to. Did they care? Nope, no refund, nothing, no apology, nothing. More like "whatever bye". It's so expensive and they don't understand how badly one would want to try their products only to be disappointed and them not even caring at all. It sucks so bad.
