Refund

On the 19/08/2015 i bought oil samp for R1000.00 only to find out that they gave me a wrong one.Then i went back to exchange it they told me that they didnt have stock.So they have been giving me stories since then.I went close to 6 times to their shop to give me a refund because the couldnt give me the right one.Im still waitting for a refund till today.Every time i go to the shop to collect the refund they tell me they dont keep cash in store they will deposit it and that never happen.Im also wasting my aitime calling almost every day telling me lies.I want my money.i already spend more than R1000.00 driving up and down kempton park to pretoria.
