Etude Rat Problem

Good day,

Please note that there are insufficient Black Bins on the complex. As a result, plastic bags filled with ******* end up on the floor.

On bin collection day, we end up with no bins for 2 days resulting in ******* being pilled on the floor.

In the past week, I have sighted rats on two separate occasions. These were not small little mice, but full-grown rats. Understandably, the complex is built next to an open veld however the rats are attracted by the exposed *******.

Why is it that there aren't sufficient bins on the complex?

I have called AFCHO on numerous occasions to no avail.
