Pathetic!!!

ETS TOEFL IBT is pathetic, they only ***** your money. Do not even waste your time. Paid for the test, logged in on time, only for their browser to stuck on repeat, finally get through to start my exam only to be told I am to late. Paid again for a repeat test, this time they kept transferring me from ons person to the next. Their Guardian browser is the problem, the technical support even said so. Yet again I could not complete the test. Wasted R12 000 for nothing. No help, no reschedule, no refund. They are beyond pathetic
