How is Etre Belle still in service?

Neil Ramautar really just takes your money and does nothing except make you look like a complete drag queen. Poor service, and a waste of money and time.

Nothing is worse than having your hard earned cash be taken away by someone applying an R80 LA GIRL foundation on a face that is not even prepped, and not even a setting spray afterwards.

Additionally, he spends more time gossiping about prior customers than anytime on make up.

I've countlessly not recommended him, and will continue to do so. Save your money and pay someone else for your big day.
