Disgusting service

On Saturday the 23.12.17 my wife and her mum had an appointment with Neil Ramautar to do her bridal make up. She was really excited at the fact that this was going to be done by a professional but this was far from professional and left her and her mum speechless and full of regret. He ignored all thier requests. He passed rude remarks everytime they questioned something they didnt like. He repeatedly mentioned that if he didnt know what he was doing, he wouldnt have worked with celebrities. These comment were infront of all his other clients and he continued to embarrass them. A professional listens to a customer and works with them. Neil was far from this. We paid R2900 in total just for hair and make up (The curls came loose after 2 hours). This is not the treatment any bride expects on their wedding day. He knew exactly what he was doing and continued to make her day even more worse. We were not allowed to swipe our cards as he insisted that he wanted cash yet he has a card machine. Not to sure what bogus operandi is being conducted on his premises. I will not recomend his services to anyone.
