Disappointing wedding day experience

Disappointed with experience in this madhouse of a studio which proved to be more stressful than anything I had imagined for the morning of my wedding. There are many good reviews elsewhere and many loyal clients perhaps who may have differing opinions, precisely why I didn't think there was anything to be concerned about having read good things only. However, this review is based on the personal experience of myself and my mum on a day I had hoped would be calm and relaxing. The owner is rather aggressive in his views about how he works and how his clients should feel. I was shocked and completely couldn't even focus on anything after he quite harshly addressed a client who left already and found to be in an emotional state leaving the studio. He banged on the window when the team exclaimed she was emotional outside and forced the client back in, all the while accusing her of being dramatic and crazy since she is fussing whist not even being the bride- clearly doesn't realise that any client paying for your services should be treated with respect regardless. Further, gossiping with his team that supported him in his rant whilst waiting for the client to come back in, making it clear that he will redo because it is his "reputation" that will be tarnished on social media is the wrong attitude. All this commotion right in front of all other clients too, I found myself hesitating to be honest about what I actually thought or wanted and the team proved to take notes from him and, though nice to me directly, also gossip about clients before you. Aside from this, its a madhouse, you are in such a rush, moving through what feels like a production line that you can't even think straight. Despite this, we were still delayed because so many people requested last minute services (as advised by the stylist when it was finally my turn) which wasn't ideal as I had planned for a photo shoot that I ended up being late for. Also, I had paid for a full package well in advance (over 2 months ahead) and yet it seemed it didn't matter. Furthermore, I had read so many good reviews, didn't expect there was anything to be concerned about, but my hair and the jewellery set I wore started falling off halfway through my event. I had seen so many beautiful brides, done to perfection. I feel short- changed for my own experience. Sharing my own unfortunate experience for future brides though I won't get my day back again but certainly won't be returning.
