MALAS & eTraction poor service

I bought 2 tires @Malas in Pretoria in November 2018 & in 2019 when about to rotate them I realised that the tires wall was kind of separating-opening & seeing a hole on.

Took the tire to Malas for inspection & was told it was due to pot hole. But the tire was opening right around the Wall & there is no way pot hole can damage a tire like that. It was like the tire was in a car that stood flat for years.

I finally called the manufacturer eTraction who manufactures SYMMETRY tires & urged for the tire to be taken there for further inspection.

In 2 weeks time I called etraction & they simply told me it's a No Claim & the damage was a cut. Been using the brand for 4 years now & I am never again buying the brand.
