Etoile Emporium - Misleading Delivery Claims, Poor Sizing & No Customer Support
I ordered a dress from Étoile Emporium (Order #1094) after the website advertised free delivery. However, before dispatch I was unexpectedly asked to pay for delivery, which was misleading. I placed the order on 12 December, and it was only delivered on 15 January, well outside a reasonable delivery timeframe. When the dress finally arrived, it was not true to size. I ordered an XL, deliberately allowing for size variation, yet the dress fits more like a small. Attempts to return the item have been extremely frustrating — emails have gone unanswered, making the returns process virtually impossible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this retailer.
