Water sustains life yet it is wasted.

I am reporting on a water leak from a fire hydrant that's being leaking from Feb 2026. l reported this leak on 9 April. 2026 ref F260409/2138. I have made numerous enquires from all centre, and I am told it's receiving attention and has been escalated. The civic has taken this up with the Councillor of the area. There has been no response from him. Water is the the most precious commodity for life, but the municipality does not care. Hundreds of thousands of Litres of water may has already been wasted. The road has now been damaged of the water flowing across and created 2 potholes. The bank to the stream is about only +- 4 metres. This is going to cause a sink hole sooner or later it not attended to urgently. This is a high traffic area with large number of pedestrians using. A disaster is waiting to happen.
