Trying to get water ...

Trying to get water dept to sort a low pressure problem for 6 months they do nothing and close all the reported cases ....u try calling they put u on hold to listen to an annoying tune until u get tired holding and cut the call.....eventually after numerous calls u get through and the operator is so apologetic new ref number promise to send someone out asap and after u hang up u wait and nothing gets done again
