I had the plumbing company in question quote on damage and work to be done at my residence. I was impressed with the plumber giving the quotes explanation and attitude, but that is where it all ended. After 5 days and numerous emails and phone calls for a coherent and properly structured damage report (one on a letterhead and not emailed or scrawled on a piece of blank paper, rambling and reciting the quote) I eventually received an email to state that the company was "fully booked" and could no longer assist. As result, I had to recommence the process, with a leaking second story slab. Highly unprofessional and ********* in their administrative/management department. Can you imagine their "after sales service"??
