Doesnt reply to email even after three attempts using diffrent email

Hello everybody, I have tried using three different emails to contact Penny at http://www.ethnotrader.co.za on two diffrent emails they never rep**** and on one email i sent a few weeks ago they rep**** with a price and when i asked for banking details they never send it. I have asked again and again to atleast tell me why they ignoring me or if they can send the details but no reply. I thought these people are running a business but apparently they cant answer emails and there is no phone number.
