DECOM G6 FAILURE

I have been buying Dexcom over a year now and always recieved service excellence but most recently is seems that I have been getting alot of technical issues and a lady by the name of claire is one consultant that takes my complains personally she always giving me a hard time in regards to replacements and making it more and more difficult . this product cost R1500 which last 10 days and when it just lasts for 2 or 3 days its frustrating and on top of that this consultant makes things worse as if its my problem. unacceptable . Claire is one person that will never provide the service needed she acts as if she is doing you a favour .
