worst customer service

My shoes was ****** out of my bag mid September 2019 and i still hasn't been reimbursed for the ****** property.

Ethiopian airlines customers service is the worst the staff is *********** and unable to assist.

I've had to contact them numerous times to figure out what is going on and what is the status of my claim and still after months have not been reimbursed.

After 20 emails back and forth the problem has still not been resolved.

I will not be flying with them anytime soon.
