WORST COMPANY EVER

This airline is the worst company ever ,they call centres in South africa are absolutly rubish,they never answer they phones,they airport branches are not helpfull at all,o will never in my life deal again with this company ,whats the point of having call centers if there is no one to answer . A BIG NO TO THIS POUR SERVICE COMPANY ,A COMPLETE DISASTER,FOCOS MORE ON COSTUMER SERVICE YOUR WILL PROSPER,OTHERWISE YOU WILL FAIL .
