Worst Cargo Airlines Ever Stay Away

Worst airlines I have ever used. First massive cargo delays there after lost and damaged cargo. From April i am still waiting for my claims to be paid out. Do we need to take this matter forward??? Looks like the workers dont care about customers service non do they get back to you. Even Aero Link no help also
