WORST AIRLINE EVER!

I am a South African teacher who teaches in China. I booked my flight ticket home with Ethiopian airlines. With the recent developments with the Coronavirus in China many flights from SA to china have been cancelled and passengers were refunded or given the option of changing their flight dates with no extra charge. My school had informed me that they will not be opening as planned and I need to move my flight date further to ensure my safety from the virus. Ethiopian Airlines refuses to let me change my flight date without a fee even in light of the current pandemic in China. A week ago I changed my flight date to go back to China earlier before the virus got this bad due to my school asking that I return earlier. I paid the fee and now with how bad the virus is getting in China i need to change the date again which means i basically have to pay the fee again. If this was any other time I would understand, however due to the spread of the coronavirus virus surely exceptions must be made. All of my South African friends teaching with me in China have gotten refunds or were able to change their dates with no fee. This is just ridiculous, this airline only cares about making money and has no regard for customer care at all! They refuse to refund me for this flight knowing full well how many people have lost their lives over this virus. It is by far the WORST airline I have ever flown with.
