Worse airline - Not trustworthy with your luggage safety of arrival.

Worse experience ever. I traveled with Ethiopian airlines to Tel Aviv return. I did not get my luggage back in JHB. It is now 3 days. They keep sending calls back and font and also the airline says they can't help still tracing. Please can someone escalate this issue and find my luggage asap.
