why am i not surprised by this pathetic service and reviews i see on hello peter

Promised to give me a refund within 5 to 15 business days. its now been over a month, still no refund . i have gone through all the correct channels , i have made multiple phone calls to booking.com , i have spoken to Ethiopian customer service. everyone passes the buck around and no one does anything. the reference number is OTYKGY. jsut refund the money, it doesnt belong to you.
