WARNING!!! Ethiopian airlines is unreliable & unhelpful

Please rethink your travel if wanting to fly with Ethiopian airlines. I traveled for 3 weeks in Dec, I didn't receive an important bag of mine throughout the entire trip as it only reached the destination after I had left. Till date the bag had not been returned to me in SouthAfrica... No compensation, no allowance, no communication, Ethiopian airlines has been the worst travel experience ever. There are 3 people in my family and on each leg (x4) none of us were seated next to each other despite being there well before check in. Especially if you're on a budget, look in the opposite direction because you're gonna need to spend more money from your pocket on buying your necessities.
