Unprofessional Service

I am so unhappy with Ethiopian Airlines at OR Tambo International Airport. My husband was boarding a connecting flight from OR Tambo to Cameroon early last month in Dec 202. His bag was not loaded and as a result did not receive it on arrival in Cameroon. The bag was only sent to Cameroon when he was already on his way back. The bag is at Douala Airport in Cameroon and no one is willing to assist us to get it back. Ethiopian Airlines who originally didn't load the bag.. Whom it's their fault that we are in this situation do not assist with anything.. They have been sending emails since last year but no one can pick up a fone and call.. They sent me from pillar to post since Dec last year.. I personally went to their offices and still dnt have the bag.

I have no idea why they have a customers' service office if they are not helpful. I just spoke to one of their employees now enquiring about my bag and he was very unprofessional and rude to me. I'm so disappointed by this unprofessional behavior. But this is not going to end here.. I will not leave it like this..
