Traumatising experience Ethiopian Airlines

We booked a flight from Qatar to Cape Town with Ethiopian Airlines. We boarded a domestic plane for an international flight, there were no space for our baby seat and other hand luggauge, my husband had to ask the staff twice to help him find space for everything. The seats on thr plane were falling appart and the plane made allot of noice. We had a connecting flight from Addis Abbaba to Cape Town and because the flight from Qatar was delayed we were late for our connecting flight so when we landed they rushed us off the plane, shuffed us into a car that was falling appart, the driver almost made an accident with us and our 25 day old baby. When we got to the plane the plane was already starting to leave so they had to stop the plane and we got on with steps that had no protection at all, only realizing then that we werent even seated next to each other. The flight attendants shuffed us into a seat so that the plane can take off. One off the flight attendants was busy in the overhead storage above my husband and left it open, then a bag fell onto his head and the only thing the flight attendant said was " Oops" no appology or anything. This was the most traumatising flight ever and nothing like the ads on Youtube about the flight. And after this whole experience my husbands shoes got ****** out of his bag. We send through complaints on the website but have not yet recieved any feedback regarding this issue.
