Ticket change

<p>Hi all, please do not use this airline. I have never in my life had such a disgusting experience and I haven't even climbed on the flight yet. My father has passed three days ago, so I phone the airline to ask to change my ticket, as I need to be here for the funeral arrangements as well as the funeral and to watch over my mum. This heartless people turn around and say to me I can't cancel and if I do I will loose all the money, then tell me that I can change for 300 Dollars which is half my ticket price. This airline has no sense of common decency and nor do they have a heart, still trying to make a quick buck on my expense. Shame on you for making a time like this even more unbearable. </p>
