Ticket change

I have been trying for over two weeks to change a flight schedule , case ID Ys64U269, five difference replies with no action taken. Phoning the South African call centre over 30 times , ALWAYS cut off at 10 minutes - this is really so sad that no effort is given to customer service. R 10 k lost , well done Ethiopian airlines , totally dissolutioned and fedup.
