terrible!

I went in detailed about the overbooked flight, the constant delayed flights, the service on board, being left stranded at Mumbai airport because Ethiopian Airlines did not confirm our connecting flights; etc in an email on 19 July 2018. I am yet to receive any feedback on this email with regard to my reimbur*****t and compensation. Their service before, during and and after flights is absolutely shocking!
