Shocking Shocking Shocking

I've sent through a four page complaint to the Airlines which i hoping to receive a reply on but in a nutshell: overbooked flights; constantly delayed flights; terrible service; no accountability, being left stranded at Mumbai Airport in India!!! My experience with this airline was appalling! I would NEVER use them again. I wouldn't recommend them. Save yourself the stress and anxiety, pay a bit more rather for another airline!
