Shocking Ethiopian Airlines Experience (and we haven't even flown yet)

We had to change our tickets at the end of December 2021 because of the new COVID-19 Omicron variant.

We were told that there were unlimited free changes available at this time as well as being given a Tour Code to submit at the payment screen. On the payment screen, there was no place to enter the Tour Code. So we ended up paying extra to change our flight.

Since then we have been trying to get our money back. We have engaged with Ethiopian on WhatsApp, Telegram, call center, and email. Our total engagement attempts exceed 40 with Ethiopian airlines. They have wasted our time and money.

I recommend to anybody reading this, DO NOT book via Ethiopian. Book via one of the proper airlines that will actually respect your time and money. All of this nonsense and we haven't even flown yet...
