Selling lies

Horrible service from Ethiopian airlines. They sell you a rosey idea that they provide covid cover. Submitted my claim over a month and a half ago. Received a response on the 6th of January saying my claim was being assessed and that I would receive a response in 15-20 days. It has now been 40+ days and no response. Also no replies to any of my attempts to contact them. Useless service
