I Bought an WiFi Voucher and was told that there was no Wifi Inflight, I've queried for a refund and I was told I'm unable to get a refund unless there was a change in schedule. I'm quite confused and disgusted in how Ethiopian air can take my money and not deliver a service then tell me they're unable to process a refund, this is ***** and a **** as an airline at your caliber should not advertise services that don't exist, if this is not adequately resolved I will lodge an ethical complaint against the airline through the relevant regulatory body
