Refund policy

<p>Booked a flight with Ethiopian airline on the 28/11/16,on the terms and conditions nothing says should I have immigration complications a penalty which amounts to 50% of the ticket,I complaint about that to the manager he said it's not he's call to give me full refund though I didn't even board the flight and I was going to a visa free country for my passport.</p>
