Refund claim never attend for mor than 0ne year

Since feb 2020 I bought a ticket for my friend and canceled the same day, i never received my refund after cancellation, i have sent emails to all the email contact working with the company till today May 2021 no one has ever given me a feedback or even refer me to relevant department, I have log a call via the claim link of the company but nothing still. This is pure bad service and lack of customer consideration. actually the rating should be minus 10 out of 10
