Putrid Customer Care post bag theft

When I returned to Johannesburg my 1 suitcase was missing. It was delivered 3 days later but my code lock was broken and several designer items were ****** from my bag. I have sent numerous emails to the airline, completed all the necessary paperwork and they respond by escalating the issue but 3 months later there is no resolution. I travel very often and this was my first time using Ethiopian Airlines and based on the theft and lack of response to resolve matters I’d advise no one to travel with them. Ticket prices are the same as emirates but Atleast Emirates and Ethihad don’t ***** and dont neglect customer care. Very disappointing
