Poor Service from Ethiopian Airways

My son booked 2 air tickets with Ethiopian Airlines through bookings.com. He then asked for a refund for 1 ticket. They said it would take 10 to 15 working days for the money to be refunded. It's been more than a month now. No communication from either Ethiopian Airways or Bookings.com and no refund. One is blaming the other for the delay but no answer or money. Very Very poor service!!!
