Poor service

I have tried calling Ethiopia airlines in Randburg for the past month NO ONE answers the telephone, When they do and you leave a massage for a particular person (booking manager ) to call back They do not bother to call you back even if you send them a e mail they do not respond respond to Emails.<br> I have spent money on over a 100 calls to there office whit out getting help <br>
