Poor Customer Service—No Replies, No Assistance

I reached out to this company via email on May 14, but unfortunately, I received no response. After numerous calls attempting to get guidance on how to proceed, I was still left without any assistance. This lack of communication resulted in financial loss and significant inconvenience. Due to this experience, I will not be using this company for any future travel plans.
