Poor baggage systems at ethiopian airlines

Had issues with the airline. I recently travelled to congo brazzaville for an international seminar in kurash from harare via addis ababa. My luggage went missing on the connection i only recieved my luggage after 4 days. Tnis greatly affected my preparations and all the content attire etc was in my luggage, As a result my seminar preparation was ruined. The airport office at maya maya airport for ethiopian airline was very unhelpful they were very rude and didnt care. Yelling at me to just go away. My luggage only arrived a day before i left congo. I was forced to check it in again and now im back in Harare and still again no luggage and might recieve it after another 4 days. What was even more sad was that at Harare airport more than 20 people also had no luggage some coming from United kingdom and even france and seems its happening daily and all they say is wait and they dont even know when the luggage might arrive. Might have to wait to recieve luggage after christmas. Guys i would encourage you to avoid this airline as they dont seem to care at all.
